Benefits
A Trusted Credit Card User saves time since some security checks are waived.
New Credit Cards
A small random amount is charged to any new credit card registered by the user to the ecosystem, in order to verify that the credit card really belongs to the user.
In normal cases, the user must read that random amount from their credit card statement and then supply that information to the ecosystem to prove that they have access to their credit card statements.
In the case of the Trusted Credit Card User, they do NOT need to supply that information to the ecosystem. The small random amount will still be charged in order to verify the correctness of the credit card. However, that credit card is now valid immediately after the charge and there is no need to look up the credit card statement for the random amount.
